Keeps Smiling Till You Dead

"Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile"

Smile by Nat King Cole. A very popular song because of the lyrics, a very simple song but really makes sense. Smile is an expression that denotes happiness and pleasure. It's a great way to start our day.

Smile is much easier to do.
According to some scientist that it takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 muscles to smile. Some of anatomy professors dis agree with this, they say that frowning takes 11 muscles and 12 to smile. Anatomy researchers says that smiling takes more muscle than the relaxed position.
Here is my point relaxed position is quite different from frowning and you cannot relax a face by frowning but smiling makes our face and aura relaxed, right?
Smile everyday and you will just notice that it is much easier to frown, try it though problems occurs and it will lighten the loads.

Smiling is Contagious.
When we wake up in the morning and when you saw someone smiling to you, its hard not to smile back, right? When you are in a public place and when you saw someone is looking at you and she smiled automatically you will smile too.
Smiling at the kids proved to be a good thing once again this day.
I read that article while surfing the internet and proven what does smile can do to anyone.

Practicing Smile.
Happiness is the emotion portrayed by smiling therefore being happy is the easiest way to smile, though sometimes its hard to do especially when bad things happens. Don't frown think happy thoughts instead.
Feel good about yourself:
Feeling good about ourselves is one of the things we should remember, recalling the things that we have done rather than those things that haven't, featuring our assets, trying to improve the things that we lack on and forgetting our frustrations is a great move.
Think that nobody is perfect but why in the heck that lots of people often smile?

The Reason We Smile.
  • Smiling Makes Us Attractive.
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away -- but a smile draws them in (avoid these smile aging habits to keep your smile looking great).
  • Smiling Changes Our Mood.
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.
  • Smiling Is Contagious.
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.
  • Smiling Relieves Stress.
Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.
  • Smiling Boosts Your Immune System.
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.
  • Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure.
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?
  • Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin.
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.
  • Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger.
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day - you'll look younger and feel better.
  • Smiling Makes You Seem Successful.
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.
  • Smiling Helps You Stay Positive.
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

Quotations from different authors.

A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.
